Charrette (Community Boards & Organizations Session)
Time: 6-9 PM
Location: Hudson High School Media Center
Description: Leaders of more than 60 Hudson boards and organizations were invited to participate in this charrette session. The public is welcome to attend and observe; however, participation in the June 10th charrette session is limited to the invited community representatives to achieve a cross-section of organizations. There will be an opportunity for residents to engage in other activities and provide written comments at this event if desired.
Open to the public to attend and observe without registration, however, participation in the charrette (design exercise) is limited to the invited community representatives for the June 10th session. Individual residents may register for one of the sessions that will be held on June 17th.
Charrette (Individual Resident Session 1)
Time: 12-3 PM
Location: Hudson High School Media Center
Description: Register to participate in the charrette (interactive design exercise). Participation in the June resident charrette sessions is limited to registered residents (accommodations for walk-ins are not guaranteed). However, there will be opportunities to participate in other activities and provide written comments for those who are not pre-registered.

Clinton Crossing Council Subcommittee Meeting
Time: 9:00 AM
Location: City Hall, 1140 Terex Rd - The Board Room
Description: The City Council subcommittee will hold a public meeting.
Charrette Summary Presentation & Open House
Time: 5-8 PM
Location: Hudson High School Media Center
Description: See the results of your work! The project team will present the rough concepts created at all three (3) charrette sessions, held in an open-house format for you to come and go at your leisure. Public input at this event will help to determine preferred site features that should be refined into draft plans.
Can't make the open house? Check the project website for other opportunities to comment on the plans online or in-person.

Open House for Input on Draft Plans
Open house for public to review three (3) concept plans with cost estimates. One (1) overall preferred plan is determined based on public rankings and input, with additional input collected about the preferred features from each plan.

Open house for public to review one (1) revised plan with cost estimates, 3D modeling and watercolor (this plan will be a revised version of 1 plan from the previous open house, but may incorporate components from each concept plan based on the features that residents preferred the most).
