Public Engagement

The City will hold a public information meeting on Monday, December 11, 2023 at Hudson City Hall, lower level, 1140 Terex Road, Hudson, Ohio from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. City staff and representatives from the consultant AECOM will be available to answer resident questions. The conceptual sidewalk plan and other exhibits will be made available for review at the meeting. 

If you cannot attend the meeting, public input and comments will be accepted on this site (use Comment Link) until Friday, January 5, 2024. Public input and comment forms can also be submitted by mailing comments to: Attn: The Engineering Department, Hudson City Hall, 1140 Terex Road, Hudson, Ohio 44236.

Council Workshop Discussion January 9, 2024 at 7:30 p.m.: Staff and the consultant will present the proposed sidewalk alignment to City Council at the Council Workshop on Tuesday, January 9, 2024. The meeting will be livestreamed on the City Website.

The City will be discussing the proposed alignment for the new sidewalks along Hines Hill Road (Valley View Road to SR 91) and Valley View Road (Hunting Hollow Drive to Middleton Road) at the City Council workshop on August 27, 2024, with a motion to approve the alignment scheduled for the September 17, 2024, Council meeting. While there is no public comment period at Workshops, residents may provide feedback at the Council meeting on September 3 or September 17, 2024.
