The City of Hudson is planning a new sidewalk project on Middleton Road from Valley View Road to High Point Park and on Stow Road from Middleton Road to the Twinsburg Township Corporate line. The project is being designed now and is scheduled to be constructed in 2022 - 2023. There will be no cost to homeowners for construction of these sidewalks.
Staff and the consultant are presenting the proposed sidewalk alignment to City Council at the Council Workshop on Tuesday, October 26, 2021. The meeting can be livestreamed on the City Website.
The City will hold a public information meeting on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at Hudson City Hall, lower level, 1140 Terex Road, Hudson, Ohio from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.City staff and representatives from the consultant TranSystems will be available to answer resident questions at the meeting. The conceptual sidewalk plan and other exhibits will be made available for review at the meeting. All exhibits that will be presented at the Public Input meeting are attached to this image link below.
If you cannot attend the meeting, public input and comments will be accepted on this site (use Comment Link below) until Monday, November 22, 2021. Codified Ordinances Regarding Sidewalk Maintenance and Responsibility
