I am on a corner lot with the city having an easement between my house and Stow Rd. The sidewalk will be installed along Stow, but my driveway is a little over 200 feet away from the new sidewalks location, there is no sidewalk running from Stow Rd to my drive. How am I expected to keep the sidewalk clear?

Mr Dude asked over 2 years ago

Thank you for your response. The question being asked is hard to follow and I’m asking for clarification on what you’re asking or what corner you live on?  It sounds like you may live off a side street and Stow Road fronts your property and you’re asking how you’ll clear the sidewalk?  If this sounds correct, residents are required to remove snow from sidewalk that front their properties per the City of Hudson Codified Ordinance.  Please feel free to reach back out with more questions.
