The Hudson Senior Network (HSN) hosts a series of wellness, strengthening, and fall prevention classes, special events, and social opportunities throughout the year.

CLASS & EVENT INFORMATION:
MONDAY, TUESDAY & THURSDAY WELLNESS CLASSES. Classes are designed to help with wellness and to strengthen and prevent falls.
Chair Yoga Class: Every Monday of the month, from 11:30am-12:15pm. Suitable for everyone. All levels welcome. Please bring a $5 donation to the instructor.
Beginning Line Dancing: Every Tuesday of the month, from, 10:00am-10:45am. Please bring a $5 donation to the instructor. This class is fun and great for balance. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes!
Chair Core Strengthening Class: Every Tuesday of the month, from 11:00am-11:30am. Suitable for everyone. All levels welcome. Please bring a $5 donation to the instructor.
Balance & Strength Class: Every Thursday of the month, from 9:30am-10:15am. This is a vigorous class. You must be able to get on the floor without assistance. You must be able to get out of a chair unassisted and ambulate without assistance. Please bring a $5 donation to the instructor.
WEDNESDAY SPECIAL EVENTS. Held the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month.
Lunch & Learn Events: Every 2nd Wednesday. Doors open at 11:00am and lunch is served between 11:00am-11:30am. Speaker or event will begin at 11:30am. Snack & Refreshment Events: Every 4th Wednesday. Doors open at 11:00am and a snack and refreshment will be provided. Speaker or event will begin at 11:30am.

WEDNESDAY PAGE TURNERS BOOK CLUB. Held every 2nd Wednesday.
The Book Club, named PAGE TURNERS, meets on the second Wednesday of the month, at 12:30pm. Anyone interested is encouraged to send their book recommendations and suggestions to Neelam Bhatia: neelamb9191@gmail.com.
THURSDAY MAH JONGG CLASS. Held every Thursday.
Experienced Mah Jongg players interested in joining games at Hudson City Hall may call Chesney Gulas at (216) 906‑2578 and leave a voicemail.
If you'd like to learn the game, Chesney has resumed instruction as of July. Reach out to Chesney using the same contact information to be added to a waiting list. New players should commit to four consecutive weeks of instruction.
FRIDAY GAME DAY. Held every Friday at Hudson Springs Park or Barlow Community Center.
Bocce at Hudson Springs Park, 7095 Stow Rd. Fridays at 10:00AM (weather dependent). If weather does not permit bocce, join us for Game Day at Barlow Community Center, 41 S. Oviatt St. Fridays, through October, starting at 10:00AM. To join the fun, call Sandy at 330-650-5241.
FRIDAY LUNCH BUNCH. Held every 2nd Friday.

CLASS LOCATION: All HSN classes, social events, and special events are held in the City Hall Community Rooms, 1140 Terex Road, unless otherwise indicated. There is a wide center walkway from the back parking lot to the back of City Hall. Follow the center wide sidewalk. As you approach City Hall, enter through the large doors in the center of the building. The Community Rooms are located there.
PARKING AT CITY HALL: Please park in the back parking lot where the Employee Parking is located. The Community Rooms are located in the back of City Hall (see above).
